Q. What fabrics do you use?
We curate lightweight, breathable fabrics like Kota Doria cotton, Chanderi cotton silk, and Maheshwari cotton silk — chosen for comfort, elegance, and ease of wear.
Q. Are your sarees pure handblock printed?
Yes, our sarees feature authentic Bagru handblock printing using traditional techniques. Slight variations in print are natural and add to their uniqueness.
Q. Will the color look exactly the same as shown?
We try to capture colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Q. Are these sarees see-through?
Lighter fabrics like Kota Doria may feel slightly sheer, especially in lighter shades. We recommend wearing a matching petticoat. Chanderi and Maheshwari sarees are generally less transparent.
Q. Are these sarees suitable for daily wear?
Yes, especially our cotton and Kota Doria sarees — they are lightweight, breathable, and comfortable for long hours.
Orders & Shipping
Q. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 days and delivered within 7–14 days depending on your location.
Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on every order.
Q. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
Returns & Exchanges
Q. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We offer return in case of damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with opening video of parcel. Kindly refer Return policy for more information.
Q. Do you accept returns for other reasons?
Since our products are handcrafted, we currently do not accept returns for minor variations in print or color or based on preference.
Care & Maintenance
Q. How should I wash these sarees?
We recommend gentle hand wash in cold water. For first wash (especially cotton-silk), dry cleaning is preferred.
Q. Will the fabric soften over time?
Yes, fabrics like Kota Doria and cotton blends become softer and more comfortable with use.
Q. Are all sarees exactly identical?
No — each saree is handcrafted, so slight irregularities in weave or print are natural and part of its charm.
