1. Free Shipping Across India

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India—no minimum order value required!

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of order.
  • Prepaid orders are dispatched within 24 hours and Cash on delivery orders will be dispatched within 48-72 hours. Because, Prepaid orders can be shipped immediately through our available courier partners, ensuring faster dispatch. COD orders, however, are handled through specific logistics partners that require scheduled pickups and additional processing. This may sometimes take a little longer depending on pickup availability. 
  • For faster dispatch, we recommend choosing prepaid at checkout.
  • Delivery time may vary based on your location, local restrictions, or unforeseen delays from our courier partners.

Possible Delays:

  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
    • Natural disasters, strikes, or national holidays.
    • Unexpected operational delays from the courier partners.
    • Address issues or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order in real time through the courier service’s website.

5. Address & Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or non-availability, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 24 hours for further assistance.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please:
    • Take clear photos and videos of the package before opening.
    • Contact us immediately at our customer support with proof.
    • We will assist you in resolving the issue with our courier partners.

7. Order Cancellations

We do not offer provision of cancellation. Once the order is placed can not be cancelled under any condition.
