Refund policy

Each Ridhvi saree is carefully curated and packed with attention to detail. We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered

No returns will be accepted for any other reason including personal preference, colour variation due to screen display, or change of mind.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete unboxing video is compulsory to claim any return.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Show shipping label clearly
  • Be continuous without cuts or edits
  • Show full saree unboxing and unfolding

Requests without a valid video will be rejected.

3. Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

  • Contact support within 48 hours
  • Share unboxing video + issue details
  • Once approved, self-ship product to return address
  • Return instructions will be shared via WhatsApp/email

5. Shipping Policy for Returns

We do not offer reverse pickup.

Customers must self-ship the product.

For eligible returns, a flat ₹150 shipping reimbursement will be provided after product inspection and approval.

6. Quality Check

All returned products undergo quality inspection before approval of refund or store credit.

7. Refund Policy

Once approved after inspection:

  • Refunds processed within 7–14 business days

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders → original payment method or store credit
  • COD orders → store credit only

COD handling charges of ₹80 are non-refundable.

8. Store Credit

  • Valid for 6 months
  • Can be used on any product

9. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Used/worn/washed items
  • Missing or edited unboxing video
  • Late requests (>48 hours)
  • Custom/altered sarees
  • Expectation mismatch / change of mind
